Yes. Our property allows for two kinds of bookings - full-house rental and room reservations. We accept room reservations on weekdays and full-house rentals at weekends and in summer, Have a look at our calendar to see when to book one or the other.

What are main differences between room and house bookings?
When you book the house (12+4 pax), the whole house will be just for you. You will not share it with anyone, neither with us nor other guests. Also, by booking the whole house, you will have access to the kitchen.
If you book a room (2 pax), we will be in the house with you, serving breakfast and taking care of all the housekeeping. You can also order packed lunches and dinners. You will not have access to the kitchen, only your room and all of the communal areas. You will share the latter with other guests that might be staying at the property.

What services do you charge extra?
We charge extra for additional guests (€30/night per adult, €15/night per child), pets (€25/stay per pet), laundry service (€15/wash, max. 8 kgs, washed and dried, but not ironed).

Is there an advance payment?
Yes. When you book at Finca Flores Amarillas, we ask for a 25% advance payment.

When do I pay the outstanding balance?
Outstanding balance is paid on site.
If you have booked the whole house, you pay it upon arrival. However, if you have requested self check-in, and in order to be able to access the house key, we ask that you pay before arriving .

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Only if you have booked the whole house. It's €300, paid upon arrival.

When do I get the deposit back?
If you have left the house in order and haven't caused any damage, we will refund you the €300. We take 24 hours to inspect everything and we order a refund (bank transfer) within 48 hours of your departure.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal. Once at the property, you can also pay with a credit card or in cash.

Yes. For longer stays (two weeks or more), we apply a 10% discount, but only if you book direct.

What happens if I have to cancel a booking?
If you have to cancel your booking, and you do it early (30 days or more), we will reimburse you the advance payment.
If your cancellation comes in late (less than 30 days), and you are not eligible for the refund, you have the option of changing the dates (you have 12 months to do so). This option is only available once per booking. If the new dates are cancelled, too, regardless of the date of cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes. We have a dog and three cats. When you rent the whole house, the pets move to the village with us. If you book a room, we all stay in the house.

Yes. We have marked four walks you can do without needing a car. They all start and finish at our doorstep. They are all low difficulty and take about an hour on average. The blue walk is suitable for prams and pushchairs.
